This is the Story of a Place Above the Rest

It’s name is Eagle Ranch – a distinctive resort community amid the rugged, unspoiled splendour of BC’s Columbia Valley. With access to Lake Windermere, the Columbia River, and more outdoor adventures than you could enjoy in a lifetime, let Eagle Ranch immerse you in unique experiences that transcend the ordinary.

Eagle Ranch Resort is built on land leased from the Shuswap First Nations Band and owned by the Crown. The term of the lease is 99 years commencing on June 20th, 1996. Leasehold ownership is an increasingly popular way for homebuyers and investors to secure prime properties on land controlled by native bands which is owned by the Crown and cannot be sold.

Guy Turcotte Bio

Guy Turcotte is Chairman, President and CEO, and majority investor of Stone Creek Resorts Inc. His overriding concern is to ensure that every action taken at Stone Creek’s resorts is in harmony with and inspired by the land itself.

“We are committed to the vision of creating exceptional lifestyles for our customers in a club-like setting,” explains Turcotte. “Our idea is to create world-class resorts in the most beautiful natural surroundings. It allows us the privileged opportunity to combine our passion for golf and other recreational pursuits with our love of nature.”

In the late 1980’s, a remarkable piece of land was discovered on the sunny side of the Bow Valley between Calgary and Banff, Alberta. Recognizing a never-to-be repeated opportunity, Guy and three partners acquired these 600 acres. In 1993 that property subsequently became Silvertip Golf Resort, and the company name, inspired by an ancient creek bed on the slope, became Stone Creek Resorts.

"I have come to prefer places that represent both the best of nature and the best of human nature. I invite you to join me here in the Canadian West as I know it and love it."
