We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Our resort, located in Invermere, BC, includes world-class golf, rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest and highly sought-after accommodations, dining, banquet and wedding facilities that operate year-round.

Job Descriptions

We are looking for talented and exceptionally friendly team members for 2026 here at Eagle Ranch. Opportunities start as early as March and other roles beginning in April and May.

If you have a true passion for the outdoors and golf, and enjoy the physical aspects of being outside, this is the department for you! Join the grounds crew working ‘where nature plays through’. Located in the sunbelt of the Canadian Rockies develop a career in Turf Care offering a variety of different positions, no two days will be the same.

Join our culinary team to tempt the taste buds of our guests, with our fresh sandwich program at the Ranch House, in the Rustica Restaurant and Traders Lounge, and with our in-house catered events with inspired classic contemporary food creations. Positions for team members of all skill levels are available in both the Ranch House and Rustica.

Customer service is the name of the game for this department.  Checking our guests into the course, assisting them with retail purchases, and ensuring that every aspect of their experience at Eagle Ranch is everything it should be are the responsibility of the Golf Shop. You will definitely be the face of Eagle Ranch, providing a genuine and warm welcome to our resort.

You will greet every guest to Eagle Ranch at the bag drop area and assist them in getting their golf bag out of their vehicle and onto the power cart. You will also help them unload at the end of a successful round, provide directions, answer questions, and maintain the presentation of our cart fleet, all with a smile and outgoing attitude.

Serving & Bartending positions are available in our Clubhouse and groups events/banquets. There are additional positions available with our on-course F&B team, servicing golfers from our Ranch House concession & Beverage Carts.
